Can it handle questions in Hindi or regional languages?

Glow supports English out of the box. It often understands questions written in Hinglish (Hindi typed in English letters) but responds in English. Native Hindi support is on our roadmap.

What if a client asks about a service we don't offer?

Glow will say it does not have information about that service and offer to collect the client's contact so your team can follow up. You get notified of every such lead by email.

Can it book appointments directly into my calendar?

Can I update prices when they change?

Does it work with my salon management software?

Glow works independently as a website chatbot. It does not currently integrate with salon management tools like Zenoti or Fresha. Integration is on our roadmap. For now, it captures leads that your team inputs into your existing system.

Can different stylists have their own availability shown?

Yes, if you list stylist-specific availability on your website or in the uploaded PDF. Glow will answer "Is Priya available on Saturday?" based on the information you provide.

Will it share product recommendations?

Glow shares product information ONLY from your website content. It does not invent recommendations. If you list products you sell or use, it can answer queries about them.

Is there a free trial?
